Need some help with a situation

I have came across a guy named @NetCatt that appears to me to buy a scammer. He tried to make an exchange with me and claim to be sombody else, now ive checked and I am not the first one to come across this. https://imgur.com/a/Pa86AUO
Now I have mentioned this issue in chat before and some people agreed with me.
@NettCatt has given me -6 rep with the only reason saying, "i am not a poor scammer.". Please help me in this situation.
