Awesome service. He has been able to recover a refund that another refunder on this forum (almost) screwed up. MissingNoRefund has been very professional and explained everything I needed to know every step of the way. He also proved to be very competent.
I'm so satisfied by his service that I already have another order in progress with him and I expect to make more in the future.
