I'm not disclosing the source, but this got never leaked before.
You can link PayPal transactions to each user by using AccountIDs.

Users:
ID,Name,Mail,Password

Transactions:
AccountID,PayPalTransactionID,PayPalPayerID,PayPalPayerMail,PayPalFeeCurrency

I parsed this data from a .sql I got ‎on August ‎25, ‎2021.
None else has this data, so you won't find already breached accounts.
