Hmm, that's weird. Can you try using the same combolist with other mail checker? I am guessing your combolist does not contains mail-access accounts or maybe the API I am using does not work with your site accounts (@gmail.com, @Outlook.com, etc). Detailed feedback would be a great help! (DMs for feedback)
