Possibly Scam Report Against @xrxr & WARNING FOR BUYERS

Additional Information: 
- I purchased many upgrades from this seller, and I will probably lose all my money because he will ban me from his server, but I just want to report this and warn future customers.
Seller is acting like he is a CEO of Microsoft, not a owner of discord server. Please read the conversation.
Most upgraded accounts work for 1 day max, and they get downgraded (to be precise, original owner changes back e-mail address and I lost access to account).
Even that's not the big problem, big problem is that Seller is not professional at all, he is cold, just saying don't be toxic, but he owns a Netflix Upgrade service and act like a kid.
Right now, I'm waiting 10 days for replacement (reupgrade) account. I purchased from him Netflix Upgrade 6 days ago, he upgraded it once maybe after 5 days, and account immediately gone dead because owner changed email back,
and now he wants me to wait until 10-15 June.
When I purchased Netflix upgrades, in TOS, it was stated that if you don't recieve upgrade 14 days after purchase, you can get refund. Now he changed it do 90 *NINETY* DAYS ?
I'm warning all future customers what they will get from this service. I would ask for refund but this seller doesn't give a f*** about his customers. 
At the end of the day, I would be happy if I just get what I paid, Netflix Upgrades, but I'm already losing money because of this guy and his unprofessionality.
I paid with Credit Card with Stripe Payment Processor, anyone knows if I can contact stripe to get information who is this guy? I would love to meet him in real life, and to see would he be full of himself.
EDIT: Wanted to leave feedback on his shoppy, but I recieve message "Order too old to leave feedback".  Why he would do it? :D

2.1) Second of all, he has already more then 5 active upgrades & are working, just said to him we can just use old method but its going to have problems. We are updating our method to a giftcard one.

2.2) How you can see in this scam report, this guy its trying to get a refund, for some products which one has bought an still have them. I will reply soon as possbile with a scam attend report.

3.1) Third of all, if you could speak more friendly we could understand help you more faster, but how you was insulting us in your native language, we didn't want to give you explains. We explaing something about why its going to be that delayed but, how I see in this scam report you didn't understand.


4.1) Fourth of all, you said if you get some accounts to watch, until problem its done everything its alright, how I see in this situation you made a scam report and you got the accounts and still left the upgrades, in my opinion this is kind of a scam. You can see this in his screenshots probably, if he showed that.

4.2) If we talk polite, that not means we are a ''CEO of microsoft", we are talking like this to all customers because this is the way to help them and to fell better on our community / shop.

1.2) No, you changed that TOS last few days when your upgrades (cracked accounts) started getting dead.

1.2) I talked friendly in start, when I purchased first upgrades, but you don'tt know what is friendly. 
TOXICITY FOR YOU IS WHEN SOMEONE ASK FOR REPLACEMENT OR ASK FOR SOMETHING HE PURCHASED FOR YOU. THAT IS TOXICITY FOR YOU.
I knew I will be banned because that is a oportunity for you to get out from this shit with your fucking upgrades.

2.1) You didn't said that you can use old method, you didn't say anything, YOU JUST REPLY WITH VERY SHORT SENTENCES, WITH A FULLSTOP, AND THINK YOU ARE FUCKING POLITE.

2.2) I'm not trying to get refund, I'm trying to get what I fucking paid for, but in this case, that is absolutely impossible. You hate when someone asks for something he purchased from you.
I told you, I would like my UPGRADES, but you CAN'T upgrade Netflix Accounts.

3.1) I spoke with you friendly and everything on start, but I don't want to be friendly to someone who thinks he is above me and he is something in this world that world can't work with him. Your replies with short sentences etc. I understanded everything.
I purchased for my friend upgrade 7 days ago, and you still didn't upgrade, and now you want me to wait until 10-15 days? What the fuck is with you?

4.1) We all know that all your "UPGRADES" will be dead in few days, because u crack account, and change account email to your client's e-mail, and original owner just contact netflix and get everything back.
Plus you want NEW E-MAIL address every replacement, who will make new address every two days?

4.2) You think you talk polite, your sentences are short and not informative. I don't know how to explain on english, you don't care for customers. That's all. I purchased 6 upgrades from you ~ 120€ , and you don't give a fuck what will I do with 6 people or even more, how can they wait untill 10-15 June. + I purchased 6 months, will it be extended because it wasn't working this all time? I know it will not.

4.3) What I can talk to you? I can tell you my friend is waiting 7 days for upgrade, you, as a owner of this upgrade service, CAN'T DO ANYTHING, you can't give me replacements, you can't give me anything I PURCHASED from you, you will just reply with short sentences and don't fucking care.

Why did you didn't respond for shoppy and feedbacks?

Today, third account got down.  
What will admins say for "We can upgrade your accounts, but we are not going to upgraded your accounts because you broke our TOS" ?
Dude is not caring for his customers, non-stop accounts stopping working, and you won't swear? and that's the reason why I won't get what I paid for?
This dude is just finding reason to not deliver what he have to deliver.
I purchased upgrades, dude if you can't upgrade, refund, or if you can upgrade, please upgrade.

@xrxr you have 24hours to provide him a working upgrade that doesn't last 1-2 days.
