Problem with netflix premium accounts posted here

I usually see a lot of "premium" netflix accounts, but whenever i enter those accounts, all of them ask me for payment saying to finish to sign up. So is this fake accounts?

It's saying on a lot of threads "PREMIUM" but it didn't finish sign up :/   so are those threads considered fake?

That's not something our forum mods / devs can help solving sir. Also for the case of netflix accounts they get locked real quick, and most of members that grab working accounts changes their account, that's how it is. @Nord @Darkness Please lock/del this.
