Hello so im going to start a degree in software development and basically the main language is going to be python, my question is which area is the most profitable/job opportunities ?

For example: Web programming, mobile apps, cybersecurity, etc etc etc

Really depends on what you mean by "profitable".  

If you are meaning as a hour to hour pay then I would say a job/project that will always have something going on.  
But Mobile apps can be developed and then just small amounts of upkeep to farm in app purchases to earn money.
