Additional Information: I originally purchased a subscription, and it was fine, working until there was an issue with my subscription. First, it started when I tried to put my key in, received an invalid key error. Eventually my key worked and I was granted access s and started cracking. However, after doing 3 tasks and completing them, I wanted to start a new task and was told I couldn't as I had no subscription. When I went to the dashboard it said my subscription ended on the date it was supposed to end but also that I did not have an active subscription. I was unable to use their service as they claimed in their thread for days and no support was given even though I reached out.
I have no bad blood at all, I really like this service and I want to use it in the future, just right now, its a mess and completely unusable.
