I bought a WISE EU Open-up about two weeks ago. The purchase on the website went well and I received a code immediately. After that there were only problems, his Telegram accounts were blocked all the time, so I had to wait 4 days for my Open Up at the beginning 1 day was agreed. After a long wait, I got an account where the proxy was missing at first, again it took a time to get it. Finally, I had access! Some time passed without any activity on the account and suddenly the account was blocked. As you can see in the chat history, his excuse is a ban wave. So the Open Up is blocked and $100 is lost.

Hi, I am writing here because I have referred @UpSwift to @fl0xy, and @UpSwift is a client of mine. What @fl0xy did is unacceptable. If a customer purchases an account and hasn't even used it, you can't just say there was a ban wave, and say "I am not responsible for this" after the account is banned. You either give him a refund or a replacement. After I threatened him with a forum report, they agreed on giving a replacement. However, there was no communication from there on so I advised @UpSwift to make a deal dispute in order to get this resolved faster. My side of the proof:
