it would be helpful if you have some advise for this:

How do you live your daily life? I'm talking about how you can live wihout doing any special on a day and still be happy. for example, I can't stick to schedule because whenever there's a small failure, I would only focus on that and tunnel vision that task. Maybe it might be because of tiktok and overstimulating dopamine, if so, I need advise please Feelssadman

Get yourself involved in activities that require you to leave your home for gratification. Anything and everything you can do to keep busy and occupied with other shit. Start new hobbies that require you to not be on your fuckin phone. Sounds like you need to yet out and interact with people as well. Your a product of the instant gratification cycle which as im sure your aware of is difficult to break out of. Practice self control, eaxh day give yourself less and less time allotment to be on that bullshit tiktok. There are a million different methods abd strategies yiu can implement to achieve your goal. Cus i guarantee in 10 years from now you'll be feeling really fuckin stupid if you see how much time of your life you wasted on worthless tiktok

thanks for the advise, I do hobbies like piano, graphic design here and there but i can't even focus to practice even 5 minutes unless i check my phone. yeah i might just need to power off my phone or make someone hide it Feelssadman

Giving yourself time to enjoy small things is a great place to start. Just simple mundane things that don't require much brain power, folding laundry, washing dishes, things away from technology, go birdwatching, go for a walk (if you can), pick up a new simple hobby like knitting or painting. creative hobbies are a great way to relax and learn to unwind from the hectic life these days.
Mostly hang around the personal boards and the lounge. I like to see what folks are up to.
