are you sure that i wont need license ? cause the main app from their site you can download it only when you have pro version and then you need to verify it in the app

Instructions:

Run CLion-2020.1.exe, select "Evaluate for free" in the "License Activation" window, drag the jetbrains-agent.jar file into the IDE window.
Restart the IDE, then you will see the JetbrainsAgent Helper dialog box. Select the type of license (select "License Server") and click the "Install" button.
Restart the IDE and it's ready.

JetBrains Rider 2021.3.4 2021.3.4 213.7172.34 x64 [2022, ENG] is the latest I could find.
