Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $12.50 Litecoin for 25X Yahoo logs

Additional Information: Guy contacted me saying he has logs for sale, said he met my requirements which are listed on my thread, I paid him, he sent the logs, then immediately went offline on Discord. I checked 10 out of 25 logs he sent and NONE of them worked. 2 of them got 2fa, 2 of them are non-existent, the other ones are all invalid. He also sent me his Litecoin address on-site so staff can check pm's if they want to confirm that it's really him

I'm not mad about the money but this kid really just wasted 15 minutes of my time. If possible, rather than a refund I'd like him to get banned
