Additional Information:
    I was looking for a service that can sell verified bank accounts and I found @AzraelDev . I joined in his Discord server (https://discord.gg/mtVjtVBAPZ) and
    I created a ticket to buy an account. Of course, before I checked the vouchers in the thread and I saw them quite positive!

   Immediately after I talked with him and he told me that the accounts are ready in less than 24 hours (https://imgur.com/o8jQm56.png) after purchase. I asked him a few more questions about those accounts before (https://imgur.com/UMdEUDP.png).
   I bought the account and asked him if he had received the payment. I received confirmation from him after he ignored me, he at that time writing on the #general chat on the Discord Server a few hours after I did it and to receive confirmation (At the moment the chat has been deleted from the general with his confirmation message that he has received the payment, but I have a link from that payment with his LTC address) (proof of payment: https://imgur.com/OLeVNAx.png ; https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/tx/9bb2...3ae890d51/ ; https://prnt.sc/12r5p0r ; https://prnt.sc/12r5qki)/

  After I made the purchase, I did not receive an answer from him for more than 3 days (he told me it would be ready in less than 24 hours) and I also wrote to him on TELEGRAM (https://imgur.com/N1zM8P8 ; https://imgur.com/y9wtaiB)where he was online a few seconds after I sent him the message and he ignored it.
  I still wait and he still IGNORE is without any alert or message!
  I'm not the only one which waited that long for an account, are guys that waited more than a week to get it and PAID!
