Additional Information: I bought a verified USA PayPal account, waited over 2 weeks, even if he said in his terms that the account will be delivered within 48 hours, this guy keep saying he will send it every day, I can't wait anymore, I want an refund *not the account*, he broke his own terms, it was very hard for me to wait 2 weeks with no product delivered. I belive this guy is a scammer.
