As you were told on the live chat, you purchased too late and that item is out of stock. Your options are to either wait for the next restock or be refunded via store credit.

@Liars There should be no reason for me to be forced to accept store credit as I intended on purchasing a specific item and it was never delivered and I've waited over 10 days now. I want to be refunded to my BTC wallet please.

I understand it's not your fault that your store doesn't function in a proper way for pending payments, but I had already sent my BTC payment and had to wait for it to confirm.  I didn't purchase too late, block confirms are out of my control. I don't understand why you struggle so hard to simply refund $21.

I am a support representative for ping.fo. I do not receive shop payments and therefore.. cannot refund you if I wanted to. Yes, you are incorrect.
