Additional Information: Well, as a general principle, I purchased a ChatGPT user from him two months ago (whose password was changed after half an hour). But it doesn't matter, because I got a replace.
In replace, the user's password was changed after a few days (but I didn't contact him, because I didn't need it right now).

  Now I need a user again, for 4-5 days I try to get him and not even one answer. He won't even let me open a ticket with him, so I contacted him privately.
He is still bumping here in the chatbox to purchase from his website and blah blah, but the main thing is not to answer his customers.

This is wrong.

It's pretty disgusting that a person say that he answered for everyone (as he said "I think so") and I don't get a single answer for 5 days.
I don't want him to replace that's for sure, because the user will lock again or something will happen and I'll have to go through this saga again. I would be happy if there is an option for a refund.

Already from the first ticket his answer was quite disappointing, not caring for the customer + I showed him several proofs (that he claimed that Chat GPT is personal) and he decided not to answer it for 2+ weeks. So I decided to exit the server and apparently the ticket remained open when I came back again, so I can't even open a ticket.

This indicates a lot about a person who doesn't close tickets (not that it should be any of my business), but apparently he doesn't really care about the order of the server and that's how he misses chats and a lot of other things.

It's already getting disgusting, it saddens me to know that people buy from him when there is no response at all in tickets (or in private messages because there are some who can't open a ticket), he provides users that not works / locked out after a day and more. It's really disgusting.

I would appreciate it if someone could take care of this, it is already excessive. The person does not respond (or responds once on his Discord server that he "answered in the tickets") and then disappears for another day or two.
It's been like this since the first day I met him at least on Discord, that's why I left the discord server two months ago.

This time I just came to ask for a replace, and I don't get a replace either, and neither do the other members of the group (as I understand now).
Those who received the replace in the main chat, claimed that the replace does not work / without an upgrade. Something is strange here, because he is godlike he probably deserves other benefits or something.. I have no idea how it works. But it's quite disappointing that people abuse their power and other people are afraid of them.
