The lifetime refund means lifetime of the service, as of now there is no method to replace your accounts.
It is understood when you make a purchase like this that the methods can die and/or issues can occur.
I can't issue a refund for a service you have used and got complete support till it was active, it is my time and money as well.

I used your service but I didn't completely got what promised that you offered, I don't expect a full refund, just give me a partial refund, or refund the remaining months I had.

and you've edited your tos and thread a lot of times, i'm pretty sure when I bought the account. You're offering 1 year netflix upgrade and 6 months replacement warranty.

You can be at least that professional and answer the message on your discord server where everybody ask for you, where are you, but you're just online and don't give a fuck about us who bought account upgraded and it worked only half a month ! Think about it !

I am not ignoring on discord, i give announcements regarding if i found a new method or not.

The announcement you mention is already been a few weeks ago (now you deleted them all), we need atleast to be updated regularly and I'm pretty damn sure you can't replace it anymore.
I've already been scammed by netflix upgrade twice and you'll be the third person.

btw, you says creating dispute won't do anything, yet you only need a few hours to answer this thread. Unlike the ticket I created on discord its been 2 days and the others had a week and we didn't receive any response from u but saw you online from time to time.

The service you are trying to state which had 1 year warranty is netflix cracked account.
The service you bought is upgradeflix starter plan, its not even the same service, kindly go to my sellix and see the difference for yourself.
Also i havent scammed anybody.
Me being unresponsive as a whole means im the announcement that i make whenever i have something to announce is for everyone as a whole.
Do you really think when everybody can just read in a single channel what is applicable to everyone in the server ill go around and keep repeating?
Im not unresponsive im just giving out updates when i have something to update. As for the product you purchased and the one you are talking about are two totally different things.

I didn't say 1 year warranty, you advertise the upgrade netflix that will last upto 1 year and I don't know what kind of bs warranty you had back then, wish someone can provide a screenshot for this guy made up "tos".
