@Synem Still does not take the fact the way that the original agreement was for that amount. Stick to the original agreement. Pay him the $7 within 24 hours.

There seems to be a misunderstanding here, as we did stick by the original as well as the ONLY agreement.

Our escrow system works on pre-agreed amounts for everyone's protection. The initial agreement and security deposit was for $186 and not $193, which was clearly communicated and accepted by both parties.

Order of events:

Trade agreement: $186
Security deposit locked: $186
User sends: $193 ($7 higher than the agreed amount)
User requests amount change AFTER making the payment
Request was never accepted by other party and expired
Exchange completed for original agreed amount

For me this isn't about $7, it's about maintaining the integrity of our escrow system. If we allow users to:

Send different amounts than agreed
Change terms after payment
Modify escrow amounts post-transaction

We expose ourselves and our users to significant risks and potential scams.

I'm genuinely having a hard time understanding how you can justify this decision based on a false assumption when all evidence and established protocols point to the contrary.

I've gone above and beyond to clarify this situation and provide transparent access to the ticket transcript for review. I am complying with our agreed upon terms, which were clearly communicated from the start. Respectfully, I believe any further demands to deviate from these terms are not reasonable.

If exceptions are made to our escrow system to accommodate user errors like this, it sets a dangerous example and opens the door to exploitation.

For future references, please let me know how we can proceed fairly while staying consistent with the rules in place.
