Additional Information: I asked him for a method / tutorial to be able to have UHQ combos, he asked me to pay him 0.0017 BTC to teach me the method, IMAGE, I paid him on October 9, as of today October 22 I have not received anything, only promises. So I wait for a refund please, I already waited too long.
This is my second report, when I made the first one in less than 10min I sent PDF, but those methods are old, and the links to the tools do not even work.

It is really disappointing that a community as prestigious and large as c.to can have people with that reputation. In addition to my report I saw that there is another also addressed to him.

This community is supposed to believe in people with high reputations, but in the end everyone wants your money, they should ban people like that.

im making the ebook as we speak i sent him 2 ebooks where he could understand the basic shit and then ask me about anything he needed so i could mentor him 1 on 1 but he just said that is too complicated for him im trying to finish the ebook but it will take me max 2-3 days to finish since alot of shit is being added to it

The PDF that he sent me I read everything and I understood it well, as you can see in the conversation.
The problem is that he always asked me for days and days to finish his "Book with detailed videos", on October 19 he asked me 2 days maximum to finish, 6 days have passed again and nothing. The only thing I receive are promises that you are going to send that you need time to finish, and 6 days I think is more than enough for everything to finish.
He also said that he would send tools, videos, etc, and I'm still waiting. 16 days have passed since I made the payment. I think 16 days is more than enough to send a tutorial with videos.

Therefore, I want to request a 100% refund for the method, or send me everything I buy today.

I am really very disappointed in this amazing community, such a highly ranked user here at c.to .. I just hope you can pay me back, or the tutorial you promised.

@Maestro_js How long are you going to take. I think it is best if you just refund him. Finish this "ebook" then start selling it. Not the other way around.
