Additional Information: I wanted to exchange my 50$ crypto to paypal. I made a thread and this guy contacted me. He said he could do this exchange for a 2$ fee so i paid him 52$ LTC and he said he would exchange. After i sent him the money he has been coming up with excuses not to send all the time. first he told me his paypal was limited for 3 days. I asked him if he could refound but he said his friend would send. When it didnt work for his friend to send he said he would refound but never did. Now when i asked for refound like 24 hours after i first sent the money he just blocked me.

After @CrossPower sent me the LTC I logged into my Paypal to send him the money, I was then notified that my Paypal was limited and they needed me to provide addition information.
I told him the situation and that my PayPal account was under review for 3-5 days. I tried to get my friend to send him money on paypal but he also had issues adding money to his account to help, so he asked me to refund the LTC, Since I already sent someone else the remaining LTC I had, I could not refund at the time.

He continued to blow me up saying.

"Your slow"
"10 minutes or i'll make scam report"

Basically being a fucking dumbass kid rushing me to exchange when my thread ToS states that I have 24 hours to complete the exchange.
That's why I blocked his ass on discord.

Anyways, I didn't scam and don't intend to. Just not trying to have his retarded ass blow me up on discord every minute.
In this situation, I will refund the LTC to his LTC address within 24 hours from when he initiated the exchange. Thanks.
