Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1 amazon store card

Additional Information: After performing all actions my amazon account was blocked. I contacted the seller to get me refund but he gave me another card. I set up a new amazon acc and was banned again by introducing a store card. I asked him to return my money again,but he didn't write me back. Contact with the seller itself is very difficult,I had to write several times to gef him write .
