Additional Information: I paid him yesterday to make a Twitter checker with certain specs for $3k and he got it halfway working and said he had to leave tomorrow for a flight and then today I see his post saying hes quiting coding and to open a dispute. The checker does not work properly yet and is not useable. I contacted him on telegram but no reply.
