Also he has performed great in the past I don't see the reason he would exit scam he did great completing tickets from timhortons for example I am sorry this happened to you but I won't take responsibility for a dumb action of him

It is not my problem, I made the payment by going through the ticket thinking I was protected, instead now I am told that it is not the staff despite having the role of Admin? I'm sorry but the wrong is 100% yours. Things need to be specified first, not when the damage is done. 
I'm sorry too that it went like this, but unfortunately patience has a limit, I can't wait 1 month for a project that needed (according to the developer) 3-4 days.
And in addition, write every day in the ticket to be calculated by someone in order to receive the source of the working project after 10 days from payment. It seems absurd to me, and your discharge is also very unprofessional.

You should make a report against him not me or the samurai coding service since I don't owe him he just in the server as a dev like ebay there tons of sellers but ebay doesn't take responsibility if one of em scams he did great in the past I am sorry this happened I can help you with the report and maybe put pressure on risky but I cannot take responsibility for his actions that would dumb its not fair to make a report against me if I would have risky on a pay role I would have taken responsebillity but I don't owe him he is self part time dev in a server that I own making a report against me isn't fair in anyway close this report and make one against him GL.

And again, it doesn't seem to me that someone said something to me when Risky asked me to pay for the project (asked directly in the open ticket on your server). It is nowhere specified in your tos that your group is not a coding service group but an ebay-style developer reseller :/

@ANG you own the service hence you are responsible for it, why did you let risky take the money when service wasnt delivered, as coding service owner you had to take the funds and release to dev when service was completed and the buyer was satisfied.

Get his issues resolved via another dev or do it yourself since you claimed to be a good dev too.

What I meant is that I write 2-3 times in the ticket every day
he replies every 1-2 days that he fixes the latest bugs and sends me the project.
We have been going on like this for 10 days.

Thanks for your support, in any case I also accept a refund. As the time it takes another dev to understand and fix the project's bugs will most likely be long, and waiting 2 months for such a project doesn't make sense to me.

No I own a discord server I cannot refund him for risky actions he is there for himself what your basically saying is that c.to is a marketplace and if someone scams on the marketplace that you should refund him see it makes 0 sence.
