This isn’t Walmart where customers can come to customer service and get their refunds whether they want. Explain the logic behind refunding someone who’s used my service.. why would I refund in FULL.. so if I was charging per gig of bandwidth and he’s used up damn near a month... how much would you think that is?...

The guy that opened the scam report was reselling, he even posted proof of reselling proxies. Geeksquad always has positive vouches and his proxies work great and he helps everyone . Me and the othe other staff member check many tickets everyday and all positive but that guy was reselling with extra ip athorizations and got caught.

seller is sus, he started assuming dude was reselling when there is literally no evidence of that. He says I am reselling in sarcasm I think, and even if he is reselling, what's the big deal? - especially if you dont have any means of telling if someone is reselling or not via backend. you cant banned someone after having a hunch m8, good that you refunded, but dont assume - also edit your TOS, and also read up on Cracked TOS, I myself have made mistakes etc - just gotta learn from them, good luck to you both
