Additional Information: So we agreed at first to get payouts for every 50$ because i had a bad history with PayPal Limits and he agreed, we made about 60$ few hours later after adding his paypal and everytime we ask him, he says everything is fine. So we requested the first payout, and he was like can we do tomorrow, we didnt want to but he insisted so we accepted... Next day we requested again a payout and he kept stalling us all day and when we asked about the payout for like the 8th time he said all payments are on hold (didnt mention any limit) and that the money will be released after 12th of Nov (Usually when we get a hold on a payment it'd be cleared within 3-7 business days and not all payments on hold) and he attached 2 unreadable screenshots (as a proof), i made sure to save them and upload them again to see them for yourselves.
PLEASE NOTE: This guy contacted me few days ago tryna sell me a PayPal Account after i posted about looking for holders and when i asked him about holding services he said he doesn't hold, then couple of days later my partner messaged him (i didnt know at first) and kamz said that he does holding and that he been holding for some time.
Crypto address for a refund: LTC - MHR7vNMorD7eBoD6HVUdvEn3jeNzqsU8Ze (Whatever he got on his Balance after PayPal fees -18% which is his holding and exchange rate)
He started editing messages after i told him that i'll file a scam report... which i just noticed
