Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $20 BTC

Additional Information: Shop utilizes Sellix, so I cannot screenshot the chat we had. Once I started to call him out for his unfair play, he immediately said "Bye.", and closed the chat.
I purchased this product - Imgur: The magic of the Internet
Basically, I was given a username and login for a rewards program that is dysfunctional. The website is not up right now, and is under construction. ( Imgur: The magic of the Internet), so essentially purchasing this is completely useless, as it gets you nothing!
I am baffled at the fact that they fail to mention something that makes up the entire product. The person who "assisted" me basically just said it's not my problem, and there are no refunds. He also said I received what I paid for.
How is it fair that they are allowed to sell this, without disclosing this crucial aspect? It just seems like extremely bad business to me, and a borderline scam to manipulate people into paying them for nothing. These accounts are for sure not going to last long, and support even mentioned that no replacements would be given even when their product is a literal scam.

Hello,
As we told you in the chat.. we are not responsible or at fault for Southwest Airlines doing routine maintenance on their website. You should always know how to use the product / what the product is before purchase. The account was delivered as advertise with the correct points. It was your decision to purchase the account and it was not our responsibility to research for you. The points are still usable on other things. This is no where near a scam as you got 100% what was advertised.

The points are usable where? Please enlighten me as to where so I can actually spend them. As far as I can see, the only place where they are viable to be spent is on flights... The actual rewards program is down, and people have been reporting this website as "under construction" for weeks. This is definitely something you are aware of, and regardless, you continue to sell this as a means to make a profit.

The accounts are no less valuable or somehow easier to obtain because of their rewards program being under maintenance. A major airline's website is beyond our control. You are responsible for researching about the accounts before purchase.
None of the accounts are guaranteed to be able to cash out unless specifically guaranteed. The description was just advising you of what you could possibly do with the accounts. The points are still there and will not simply disappear because you cannot purchase a gift card. You can still book a flight / room or whatever you want. Blaming us for something we have no control over is simply ignorant. If required / asked by staff, we can put a disclaimer in the product description. We were not aware of this issue before you brought it to our attention. You are the first to have this issue.

@ Teken
@ Liars So if I am the first to have this issue, and you can see that it removes my ability to do anything realistic with the points, why am I not able to receive a refund?
Telling me I can book a flight or a hotel room is probably the most unintelligent and simpleminded thing I've heard in months. Yeah, I'm just going to go and purchase an airline ticket, use my real passport and get a flight anywhere I want to go using someone else's points. I don't understand why a refund here isn't viable. If I am the first to have this issue, make a disclaimer to avoid having this issue again, and refund me! No one is going to be on your side in thinking that this isn't an ambiguous product.

Once again, it is not our fault you did not research the product / website before purchase.
Waiting on the staff to make a decision.

I mean, the mere fact that you're saying that booking a flight or a hotel is a solution says a lot already. I guess let's just wait for staff to resolve this then.

I have no affiliation to this scam report whatsoever but I think it’s the stupidest report i’ve personally ever seen, it legit says the link you need to go to use the account in the description, did you not think of going to that before purchasing? Also how is ping AT ALL responsible for a major airlines rewards site being down, you act like what you are buying is guaranteed to work as intended, if it was like that datatouch would use the accounts, I am probably gonna be warned for this reply but it baffles me how stupid you are
