Additional Information: I am reopening this scam report at the suggestion of @Darkness. My previous scam report was closed for an incorrect reason -- it was closed after he added me to the VIP Telegram group. I did not open this scam report because of Santa's failure to add me to the VIP Telegram group (which, for the record, he did not do proactively when I purchased the VIP membership, but only when I opened the previous scam report). The VIP group is inactive and full of outdated information (despite the advertised claim that stores are updated for "lifetime"), but that is besides the main point here.
I consider myself scammed because of the treatment I received during the course of the first refund I asked Santa to do (which was the reason I purchased the VIP membership):

I consider myself scammed because of the treatment I received during the course of the first refund I asked Santa to do (which was the reason I purchased the VIP membership):
- Santa lied that he would be able to do the refund “with no issue,” and omitting that the refund could be denied
- The atrocious customer service with extremely delayed response times
- Advertising Wayfair as refundable using an insider when there really was no insider -- a lie
- Knowing that Wayfair would not provide return labels (and thus the refund would fail) on 9/17/23, but waiting until 9/28/23 (at which point I'd messaged him multiple times) to admit that the refund had failed
- If I had not repeatedly messaged him asking for updates, he would never have gotten back to me about this, and I would've had to wait even longer to find out this result

- Claiming that he is "talking with his team," as if he was still working on the refund, while knowing that this refund will not be able to be done
- The insults and threats to do the refund in a dangerous manner even after I asked him not to proceed
