Additional Information: After using the $140 gift card on the website, my order never shipped. I contacted the company by email and they replied the order was cancelled because of a problem with the gift card. Asked me to provide proof of purchase of the gift card and information on who bought the gift card. SexoBayco is saying because the gift was able to be entered, it was a working gift card, but how is it working when they cancelled my order? Notice he also tells me in PM that I should have used a second form of payment like my own debit card, which was never mentioned in the thread or anywhere else.

I Have Terms of use which state I guarantee full balance and working gift cards


as you said in thread you enter the gift card ( worked fine in checkout ) 
but they canceled yur order ( which you have triggered something ) that's why asking for proofs . 


I don't have problem in refunding you if Admins see I have break my own Terms of use

What exactly could I have triggered? I used the gift card to make the order and literally did nothing else. I've never ordered from this website before so its not like they were watching my address. 
They cancelled my order, so how exactly is this a working gift card? Just because the gift card was accepted at first, doesn't mean its working or not fraudulent, why else would they ask for proof of purchase of the gift card and information on who bought the gift card to begin with?

Sure seems like they are, considering they asked for proof of purchase. Why else would a company ask for that when you use a gift card?
I can reach out further to them and ask why they need proof if you want me to expose it a little more?

Not yet, I did email them back and ask. I assume they won’t respond until Monday tho.
