I have bought a spotify bot called "SpotiChart" https://cracked.to/Thread-Spotify-Stream...potify-Bot
When i bought the licenses, before i could even start, their authentication service went completly down. I waited, like all customers. After 2 Days+ of downtime, their Discord Server got terminated. I suddenly get a DM from the admin there, his name is "Mimimar". He starts texting me and accusing me of stuff that is not true. Even before that he was very rude in the ticket. Now all of a sudden, after wrong accusations he forces me to send my wallet to send the money back. I was just waiting like every customer, waiting to use the bot. Is this even allowed? He is trying to force me into a refund, with a accusation that is a.) not true b.) no proofs

Let me know whats the right decision here. Thanks in advance. Im providing all screenshots that are helpful in the chronological order below.

Not gonna lie they always hated critisism and muted people all the time who spoke against there bot. It's funny to see they scam the poor lad for 40$ suckin every single $ of people pocket. And returning them with a ban is just outrageous and shows how incompetent these people are.

I've been a victim of User censorship where I was muted during my subscription time. So I can't tell people how bad the Bot was performing. In return they just banned me once my subscription was over. And never let me join back.

All he wanted was to try the Bot thats the reason why he paid in first place. Getting a refund doesn't solve the problem. Imagine the amount of people they usually ban who get redirected from different advisement channels and never get a chance to speak against them. User/customer censorship is not a joke. It's just 1 example where this dude opened up against how useless there support is

So, unfortnunately due to some downtime in our backend we are not able to give you acces to our software, so dunno if you saw in the ticket but it tlod we wil refund you. Your Downtime has nothing to do with the shit you wrote me + the ban. Ill wait until a mod reviews.
