Proof of some downtimes

Additional Information: Bought the proxies less than a month ago. Although there has been downtime for at least 1-2 times a week and they are not refunding even though there tos state they would if you had ip binding issues. It also does not state anything about have more than 1 ip binding issues, meaning the fact that using a vpn could fix it does not match up with there tos. Asked for refund and was told to go fuck myself. They also straight up said they didn't care if your ip could be binded. I definitely don't think I'll get a refund since he legit is refusing to refund everyone who has created a scam report against him and is 1000% exit scamming, although this should be enough proof to ban him.
