"Stop peddling lies" - You've now have had THREE of yours posts removed within my thread. You even posted the same claim, which was that I was able to modify your comments / delete them, which made me a scammer "Of the forum".

 Let's address the so-called "transcript" you provided. It lacks crucial elements found in authentic transcripts, such as user profile pictures (PFP) and embeds, as seen in this genuine example: https://ibb.co/6BRsXSN. Even if a ticket system generated archives, these features would still be present, unlike your flawed representation.
Your repeated suggestion that I deleted the ticket demonstrates your failure to grasp the situation or read my explanations carefully, or even read it at all. As previously stated, all tickets are automatically closed when someone leaves, gets kicked, is banned, or clicks the closing button. 

Refrain from disseminating false information and instead focus on providing clear evidence yourself, while keeping yourself to the forums TOS for once.

No one is named "jackxpertise" in our Discord, and never have

You claimed you had no transcript, enough time to fabricate one, even while it lacks the elements of a real one

Your "activity" is you joining it, slamming false accusations while harrassing both onto forum & the discord

Since you wanted to mention your "exchanges" with hudfv, I can recall to my many customers and clients, beyond those amounts. I wouldn't scam for some small $60, while I double those in daily profit online.

This is one of the most pathetic attempts to bully someone that I've come across. You guys have made it pretty obvious. I've already sent you all the proof and statements exposing your intentions in your messages, you liars and darkness.

Let's address the issues with Uplander's statements and so-called "proof." He clearly made up his evidence. Initially, he claimed to have no transcripts, but suddenly, right after we introduced our custom ticket bot and removed the old one, he miraculously produced a transcript that lacked all the necessary details. It's clear that he had enough time to fake it since all transcripts were no longer accessible after we removed the old bot.

When it comes to bullying, Uplander and his friends seem power-hungry and laughable. Uplander's friend, aax, was already spreading false accusations of someone being a "scammer" before hearing any story. The screenshots he provided didn't have any identifying information or tags, and the user/staff in question has never been part of our server. The email provided was also unrelated to our brands, as our only PayPal account has a long history of legitimate activity and transactions.

Uplander even involved someone I have never had any contact with, "hudfv," and had him leave negative reputation on my profile. This has been documented, appealed, and reported for further action. Additionally, Uplander created fake accounts like "Bulletmullet," which were subsequently banned. It's evident that he's trying to cover his own mistakes.

Despite being warned multiple times, Uplander continues to spam my threads and send insulting messages in my DMs. It's absurd how far these individuals are going to think they are above other forum members and stick to evidence that has already been exposed as fake. If they were genuinely scammed, they should have presented the right evidence and adhere to the rules instead of breaking them multiple times.

8. Engaging in threatening/insulting behaviour towards other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to a 7 day suspension.
10. Multi-accounting or account sharing is strictly prohibited, each member is limited to a single account. Create multiple accounts will void your ability to appeal a ban.
11. Abusing the any stat system, likes,reputation,vouches system is prohibited, this includes activities such as trading or demanding likes/reputation/vouches/any stats. Doing so will result in a temporary suspension and getting your likes wiped.

Admins, last month I was scammed $175 by a scammer exchanger by name Slaker (banned). 

Now this guy not only scammed me of my hard earned $65 but has started slandering me. He is saying I have alt account that got banned. He is accusing me of stuff out of random. You guys have all the info about history of users, their activities. It's getting toxic. 

Please give a verdict.
