Additional Information: Person looked to be legitimate, bought 3 VISA cards to test. Tested 1 and it worked really well, had the other 2 saved and NOT USED or CHECKED BALANCE on them. At 9/14/2022 about 7 AM I've bought another Mastercard and it worked fine. After a few hours tho, all of the cards started declining (even unused ones), everyone in every server I'm in is having the same issue. I politely ask the man for a 1 card replacement as that's all I need and isn't hard to provide, he response after days of time and doesn't even take in questions all the other cards and only talks about the one card that I've used and says I crossed his "30-minute limit" which he takes advantage of all the customers (a customer of his explaining in better detail: https://imgur.com/a/VGMkeWl). I'll appreciate a nice 16$ for the 2 cards that didn't work, or a working card replacement. Don't want to destroy his reputation or something but being this rude to customers and having a stupid replacement time limit is absurd. Only opening this scam report because it's impossible to talk with him on Discord and already saw a scam report opened on him and it got solved, so I hope mine gets resolved too.

30 minute warranty applies and you violated that, you’re not required to be online everytime just report in 30 minutes, if you report that within the time frame you’ll be replaced like everyone else but for some reason you decided not to, There is jo way for me to know that you didn’t used them and that’s no point to say “a customer of mine” when you just bought it and you can be the guy too or a alt, As per @ Liar knows i always refund/replace if contacted in 30 mins, We can’t be online 24/7 neither expect you to be but expect you to use it asap and report in 30 minutes and yes you agreed to the warranty when you make your purchase as per the description, There is no point to the scam report as you clearly violated the terms of service.

As a service provider its my job to be fair to everyone and if a warranty is mentioned it is not meant to be violated which you agreed upon before the purchase, Everyone who were resolved reported within 30 mins but you didn’t

Which is the reason I didn't. Then why are so many people in general chat saying that the people had to respond within 30 minutes of the new card replacement to get another one incase it didn't work?
I am not asking for much but a simple replacement or a refund in that case, I will still begin to be your customer when you 100% fix your cards and every customer doesn't talk shit about you. Thank you.

Thank you, Like i said you’d always be replaced if you contact us within 30 minutes as mentioned in terms of service any misconduct and breaking that will result in you being not replaced, Next time contact us within given time frame to be replaced

Already explained why I couldn't contact in 30 minutes, half of your people are hitting and half aren't. I do not trust your cards at the moment. I would appreciate a refund or a working card.

Yeah, please replace him dude your "30 min" warranty is just ridiculous your cards die after a while just assume it and stop with your bs ik you only give 30 mins cuz you know the card ain't gonna die after 30 mins.

Not going to argue as i said anyone reported in 30 mins will be replaced you can redeem it right away it doesn’t take mire than 10 mins, & anyone who reported in 30 mins which was agreed prior to sale was replaced/refunded thank you
If something is mentioned prior to sale & you make an purchase how’s that makes me in fault if you contact next day? Better not buy it at 25% then and get it from target/walmart they can give you a proper warranty for it, Idc you cab ask all your friends to comment but I’ll go with what is fair if it is my mistake I’ll replace & you yourself agreed you used one card and tried another next day which already passed 30 min warranty period.
