You are trying to sell me a cloned tool, I already explained everything to both teken and you. I will not be paying someone for that.

There is no way that the tool I ordered is already done unless you cloned it as I haven't even told you half the things I want on it. You are telling me that the tool is done. Please provide evidence that backs your claims up. @Teken he is lying again

Why do I have to pay because some developer on the internet yoinked one of his old projects and tried to sell it to me for 200$ I made it clear that upon knowing that information I didn't want to be associated with the studio nor the dev, I'm not getting the tool and i have to pay just because vrx claims that his dev spent time preparing the tool

@Teken Please ask VRX to show hard evidence of the work that has been done by his developer on the tool in question.
VRX said that he would update us with proofs on the 3rd, it is now the 5th and he still has not been able to show us ANY proof.

VRX keeps saying that work has been done but isn't able to provide ANY evidence to back up his claims.  Keep that in mind.



 Now lets talk about how I was lied and misled into thinking the project was not going to be cloned. Here are some pieces of evidence that support my case:

https://i.imgur.com/2LdMpwQ.png - Me finding out about the fact that it was going to be cloned, and questioning VRX about it. (Now he is denying which is real suspicious, saying "Dude he worked with spotify not with your project")
https://i.imgur.com/HjcZSU1.png - VRX partly admitting in discord DMs that the tool was cloned, saying "Even if that was the case it doesn't mean you can refuse to pay" (completely changing what he had said before)
https://i.imgur.com/5nfo83b.png - The developer claims to have worked on spotify creators which shows how VRX has lied to me (him claiming that the dev has never made a spotify creator).

@Teken I understand you have come to the decision that I will have to pay VRX $50 for "the short amount of time the coder spent on skidding preparing/coding the tool." 

But, as stated above, VRX has been unable up until now to actually provide literarily any evidence of it being worked on. There is no way that skidding an older tool - making it the same as mine - is worth $50, let alone $20. Its just copy pasting code and making a replica of an old tool.


Now, if all the evidence @VRX can provide is his developer cloning an older tool, it is most definitely not worth $50.

Teken also didn't ask me about it before and after he made his desicion. Since your arguments been ridiculous since thread was made and it's easy to clarify who is in the right.
On top of that you've made a attempted scam report against me. Repeating urself after a response does not make it better, I assume Teken read the full thread and made his decision.

Yet its taken you this long to even receive progress from your dev. Obviously you are lying and anyone is able to see that if they look at the timestamps.

You are attempting to force me to buy from you. Isn't what this whole scam report is about? Now I'm repeating myself because my case still stands. You DID lie to me and you DID try to make me think that my tool was not going to be skidded.

I already said before that I refuse to purchase from a team that performs shady actions as such, which is why I left the server.
