To be clear and concise; The reason as to why the petitioner was not sanctioned originally for the monetizing of someone else's work is due to the original developer not taking the initiative to actually release their project as a paid software being sold on our market. Hence meaning in all technicalities the petitioner could not be held in non-compliance. If the software were to have been marketed here prior to the unraveling of this case then that would result in a drastically different outcome for the petitioner.
The above excerpt should at least for the most part clear up any confusion revolving around the question of why the petitioner had never been sanctioned in the past. Furthermore, the petitioner has been terminated in the past but reason being for leeching. The petitioner contacted me through external media in which he inquired about the possibility to upgrade in order for sanction to be alleviated, to which I replied stating that it would be possible.
The petitioner's past history of infractions and/or non-compliance of our community guidelines/rules are vacant from any infractions being related to scamming, however that is not to say the publicly formed opinion/view of the petitioner is of equal value; Nonetheless, to the extent of my knowledge all legitimate claims of malicious and/or fraudulent business transactions in relation to the petitioner have yet to at this point provide satisfactory evidence of the claims which are made in accusation of the petitioner(of this case).
Overall this is the extent of what I am able to offer in terms of contribution to this case and the defense/offense of both parties involved without having to provide statements and/or claims which are stemming from a perspective which would be considered biased.

It's also kinda funny how yesterday you were saying @Ping ' s c.to role doesnt affect your relationship and that you would've trusted him if he wasnt staff, but now you're literally using him as an excuse and saying he doesnt have to prove anything because he's staff

Hey, I couldn’t read the entirety of this report but I will add a few things, here is what I know, Doom was my Admin in EvoAIO’s discord server and I trusted him a lot back then and he even let me use his RDP. Once I was trying to test the speed on my newest AIO (EvolutionAIO v2.0) and I know that RDPs can be faster than your actual PC so I put an Unobfuscated Evo file on Dooms RDP and tested it out and when I was done I didn’t delete it or anything. A few days later while I was in a VC in Evo coding live doom joined and was claiming he had Evos src code and we didn’t believe him since we just assumed he was joking but then he screenshared and showed us he actually did (there was about 10 ppl in VC at the time) I told him to delete it because I didn’t want him to have it and he said he did. A little bit later he told be he was learning C# and I was very happy for him hoping he could make an AIO or even help with Evos development. Then A few more days later I saw his new AIO (via a shop he had) and joined it **I WAS ORIGINALLY BANNED FROM IT FOR SOME STRANGE REASON** I saw some pics of the AIOs menu and saw that it looked very very similar to mine and also saw his first ~10 modules where the exact same as Evov2.0 (same order and everything) and at that moment I knew he didn’t delete the files and skidded his new AIO from my hard work. After that it was a giant cluster fuck of doom talking shit and saying I skidded somehow and yeah everyone remembers what happened. I will be adding more to this soon!
