Additional Information: The checker is not working, and it will hit on every acc that is works which is fine, but OB is already discovered tho. They advertising that the checker hit 100% on Damascus which isn't the truth! After 2 weeks of waiting for the new update, it released yesterday 05/05/21 and they still saying they need to work on it, or the checker works fine, even tho it only hit on working accounts, and u know what, openbullet can do that for free!
Why advertising that this checker hit on Damascus when it doesn't ?
I have nothing to hide, my mission is to avoid this guy selling checker that isn't working. Work on the checker and release it when its ready, don't advertise it hit on Damascus when it doesn't !
I demanded a refund, because that's what a fair deal for me will be since they promised me that the checker will hit on Damascus, and it clearly didn't ! This kind of business discus me, because I know they will be allowed to keep selling this cheap checker and many ppl will believe it. Unfortunately hes a paying customer here, which means he probably will be believed more then mine, but hope you guys will look into this case, I have nothing against this guy, but its not fair paying 80 eur for a checker that suppose to check Damascus but it doesn't, and instead it only check if accounts work or not, again I have openbullet dude!

First of all, nobody told him something like checker hit Damascus 100% since checker was under test and beta version and we did announce in Discord channel that some part of the checker options are under progress and will be fixed in the next update since our last and before the last one update was about 20 hours and 24 hours ago! every time he asks something we did it and fixed the problem and we are here for like 1-year and providing our services in many sections so it's not fair to call us "Scammer" and "Robber".
Second. he accepted our rules before he purchased our services and there is a rule about refund terms that says there is no refund! but we offered him we gonna add your plan extended days but he starts to call us scammer and...
Third. nobody knows where he got a config and what are the parameters and values he checking with so better to make sure your unknown config works well then start to be against us
Fourth. we didn't suspend his plan until He broke the rules and create a PayPal chargeback case! since he paid by PayPal. so we have to create a report scam not him!

Fifth. we already got many customers and non of them has any problem except this guy, I asked him if he has a better config and believes that working better than our checker, why did he even buy our checker services

Why the lies if your a honest guy ? screenshot of were u did offered me to add my plan extended days ? 
you and the other mod both said Damascus work 100% on past tickets before it got closed and you know its the truth.
and send, when you updated the Damascus update, it still didn't hit on Damascus, and there u said I'm the only when having issues even tho, i gave you the accounts where it hit on Damascus. 
your proof img hasn't proof anything yet. Run a random wordlist and see when it hit Damascus, and watch the accounts it hit Damascus on, see if they're Damascus or not. You and I, and many other have had issues and you know that. If I'm not getting the refund, tbh I'm moving I'm not gonna cry over this kind of amount, but you most have a sad life, to promise people something you cant deliver and when they ask about a refund you denied and telling that I'm the only one with this problem. Just tell me one thing, why would I do all this if the checker works like it suppose to ?
