I purchased a Netflix lifetime upgrade from this seller for the "UHD" package. In case anyone is unaware of Netflix's plans, it's basically the plan where you have 4 profiles and a 4K subscription to watch movies. So, I paid the guy for the service, and he delivers the service 3 days later. Fine, people get busy, I understand, but 3 days and he got the payment immediately. Then, he upgrades my plan with a shitty method which only includes 1 profile and HD movies (not even the UHD I paid $50 for). Just to note, other sellers are selling for $30, and it will be done properly and in under 48 hours.
Then he does my service, I explain to him I am unhappy as this is not what I paid for, and he tells me this is the new stable method and it will last. I take his word for it and say when you get stock to do my proper UHD 4 profiles. He agrees and says he will try. 6 days later, the account dies and stops working. Now, I message him and ask him to do it with the proper 4K UHD method, and he says he will refund me when he has crypto available. Note, this was February 7th, today is the 12th day without any crypto refund. I gave him multiple days chance to give me what I paid for, and more -
I am patient but $50 is still food out mine and my family's mouth.
I hope this to get resolved asap with 0 issues so we can both move on.
