Additional Information: If the accounts don't work you have a 15 minute warranty. I clearly followed that rule and got the query in before the time frame closed. I've been waiting 72 hours and has also DMed the user on C.to yesterday and mentioned him on a post about 3 days ago but I still haven't received a response.
