Additional Information:i've bought the account a day ago and paid for it, the description says full access, i got fucked up till i got into the email it was error after error (https://imgur.com/5vwA7bj) and there was no support (the support is shitty af, and he doesn't reply himself, so the acc needs card verification to work properly (make payments,change details,everything) (its a physical card that he shouldve sent it with the account, the bank is literally useless that way.

PS: I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT IVE ALREADY BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE, ONLY A REFUND I CANT DEAL WITH THEIR SHIT ANYMORE, I CANT DESCRIBE HOW SHITTY THE SUPPORT IS.
