Additional Information: Bought Xbox Game Pass Lifetime, it expired after exactly 1 month (25th of june - 25th of july), opened 3 tickets to try and get it replaced, 2 were closed. There is almost no communication, only a few messages when i mention a scam report, but nothing is done. I would like to receive my product and if that is not possible, a refund.
