This is my support team as I login to crisp like twice a week to make sure my staff are doing their job. You just came in my DM's hostile so I blocked you to go deal with on-site support instead of having you spam me about an issue that is not present while I was busy. I did not block you from my crisp chat nor the site. This is why I say a scam is not present here and the original account he purchased was not even defective. Edit: This user tried telling my support he could not login as well. You can still log into the account at this moment in time and see that he is clearly scamming.
