Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Modern Warfare + Modern warfare (Bought remastered modernwarfare and regular one)= 46 usd

Additional Information:
I first bought MW remastered from him via telegram and that account got locked within less then 10 hours. Warranty says that I have the right for a refund, but he refuses to give me a refund because he means i didnt follow his guide even though i did 100%. He has no proof i didnt follow the guide and just calls me stupid since the game is locked even though its on him. This i paid him 23 dollars for. I then paid him another 23 dollars for Modern Warfare (not remastered), just regular. He gave me the account details and i logged in and installed the game. I did however say to him that the games arent in the account (i was wrong, because i had a old front cover of MW so i didnt realise). I later admitted that It was my mistake but he was extremly mad so he decided to remove the accounts from my console (he changed pw). So that account is now gone as well as the other modern warfare = 46 dollars. I looked at his profile and he has many extremly bad reviews as well as scam reports opened against him.
Note: I did buy these 2 accounts over seperate days, so theres 2 transaction. Both is the same amount and is proven on imgur.
