This is ridiculous. First of all, the warranty (as with any shop, starts when the account is sent, meaning you have an hour warranty from when I send the account). Second of all, it has not even been 24 hours, I work warehouse shifts meaning I’m not on my phone 24/7, and quite frankly if you can’t even wait 15 hours then cry me a river. Account has been sent.

This guy acting like he's going out of his way to give me a refund. Like wtf is this low quality bs, "i just checked" - anyways you will see the pure BS in this chat log.

Letting people like this go on, if I didn't make a scam report would I have gotten a refund?
