Alright so before 2 months pirate used to owe me 70$(he helped me sold my 500K hq shopping combos so the money was with him)
Now on 15 April I asked him to give me the amount as I needed to pay my personal fees

Days went now again on 6th May he said he will send by this week but he didn't

Now he didn't even sent me on 20th May and today is 27th May(in between I sent him my upi 4-5 times but everytime he is repeating same)
And now from 3 days he is not even replying my message
