1. The stock is not guaranteed to be readable in our tos, spotify is making updates and we are having low stock issues.
2. I advised @Enough667 twice to use the VPN method in order to still be able to upgrade using another country.
3. I advised 4 times to follow the telegram group to know when the stock is loaded

We do a restock every 2 days, what he says is absolutely not true, I can provide restock logs or you can trust the restock messages sent on the telegram group, it is obvious that if he waits 1 day the stock runs out, we have many customers and being in the period of Spotify updates, the restocks are smaller, but still PRESENT so much so that we perform 200-300 upgrades per day.
5. Did you find it difficult to contact me? We have a support site linked everywhere, telegram group and website and every order confirmation email, support.upgrader.cc
We respond to 60 tickets per day (official zendesk response rate maximum 10 hours) and we have a dedicated staff for this, so it is normal that I will not reply to you if after telling you twice, you continue to write me privately.
6. I do not need to lie, we have 2000 active customers of which 99% understand the situation, we have been active for 3 years, in which we have only had 2 periods of little restock lasting a total of 2 months, it does not seem appropriate to say that I'm lying.

The only answer obtained after wasting time giving advice and explaining the situation was each time: "I open a scam report", tell me if this is the behavior of someone who wants to find a solution to his problem or just to annoy and waste time.

@Teken I am waiting for your decision, I have no problem refunding the order, but it is a matter of fairness and respect.

Yes it's hard to contact you since you don't accept friend requests and you ignore your customers, I don't care about your telegram and site stuff, if you gave your discord here and on your thread it's not for nothing.

I bought a service that I can't use, I just want a refund, and stop lying with your damn restocks that don't even exist.

I bought something to use it, not to join telegrams and wait for days to receive a notification of a restock from 2 accounts that are not even from my country, and even less to be ignored by a guy who is not competent and does not assume that his service does not work. 

And even more who refuses to refund 5$ when he has "2000" customers per day ahah, pathetic

1. If the tos seemed absurd to you, why did you buy? They are written before purchasing any product on our site next to the buy button, in normal font, therefore easily legible. And in any case, our tos are used to protect us in cases like these where customers ask for a refund because after 1 year of full stock there are 1-2 weeks of low stock, our customers know that we can not do anything unfortunately, they are passenger periods and we have already implemented several solutions that will give results in the coming weeks.
2. What does $ 5 mean? it is a matter of principle, you did not want to do anything of what I recommended, you just answered my every answer "i open a scam report" what do you expect to give you the refund so easily? I am wasting time but you too my dear will have to lose it. If @Teken decides that the refund is right then I will do it with no problem.
3. I can send restock and upgrade logs made of the last 24 without problem, the last restock was 550 invitations, 1.5 days ago, tomorrow we will do another one, so everything you are saying makes no sense.
4. Nobody contacts me on discord for upgrader.cc, maybe it has happened to me 6-7 times in 2 years, why do you have to write me privately if I have told you several times that we have special support? A site made specifically for support requests, what more do you want?

I will no longer reply to your answers as there are no other valid arguments, I await the outcome of @Teken

If no (big) restock is added within 48 hours you'll have to refund him.
