Additional Information: He approached me he can do any KYC sending me his thread. I asked him if he has OLD Wise with USD details , because the fresh ones don't have USD details as its currently in waitlist. He said yes, we made agreement that i'll pay half/half. I sent him 40$ then suddenly he said "Wait 24hrs and I'll deliver your account" Which obviously I refused as:
1. It wasnt stated anywhere it takes him 24 hours to deliver. Although he tried to excuse himself by saying "THIS IS HOW IT WORKS, EVERYONE WORKS THAT WAY". Well sorry to say it but I am KYC seller myself and I never take money in advance without having the product ready to deliver.
2. I told him FRESH account can't have USD details so only AGED works, he said he has one , that also have 20$ in balance.
So I asked for my money back. He said wait 2hrs and i'll refund you , because i'm outside blah blah. I said alright. It's been over 4 hours now and he found 3 different excuses not to send my money back so far. He said he doesn't have access to his wallet , but I tracked his wallet and he has transfers out https://i.ibb.co/cgZhGHs/Screenshot-22.jpg . Last time he told me he's been eating and to give him 30 minutes my answer was : Screw this. He then said 10 minutes which already have passed and I must go off so I've decided to open this scam report and guarantee my refund back or get his lying ass banned.

Apparently this guy is a multi of previous 2 scams against me.

It seems like I ain't getting my money back. Go ahead and ban that kid for 3rd time.
