Additional Information: I've purchased a bot from this seller, as promised the bot should do no problems and undetectable, me as experienced botter saw it and purchased HQ RDP and great proxies and used it quite fairly, haven't pushed many views and done daily, uploaded songs once a while as he recommended, 3 Months later, the month that the first pay out should've came thro, I got an email that I received ban, as to his speaks "The refund guarantee wasn't up when I purchased so I won't be refunded" Which is absurd, because his bot still fucked up and poor coding made my whole account goes to crap, I don't even ask for the money I spent for all the stuff inside, songs proxies RDP SC account and repost account... Dear Everyone!
So first of all as I told you before, I feel sorry for your loss and one of your account getting banned but I don't feel like it would be my fault personally or my works fault, neither I should take responsibility for it in any form because of the following reasons.
I list down below why I feel like this scam report is absurd for me:
1. You wrote "as promised the bot should do no problems and undetectable", my reply for this would be, first of all we never talked about this, you never asked me personally or could have found any information where Its written that any of my bot are undetected and should not cause no problem, quite the opposite warnings. I never promised anything for you. The only promised thing for every customer is that the software will do it's listed features (Play,like, etc.)!
2. I started doing money-back guarantee after months as I gathered everything I can offer for customers to make sure they on the right track in their journey, this includes in-depth guide, resource guide, interactions etc., I feel like if someone stick to these and follow these guides and rules ( and only in this case) but they still get banned, its only fair, they would deserve their money-back, but in this case you purchased months before this promotion (to aviod these situations I cleary stated "every new customer" and also the starting date in the ads and posts) , You had no guide, rules or resources nor my every day personal support that I could ensure you with, neither have I informed you in any way or guarantee that you can not or wont get banned. Also You didn't even ask for guides, assistance or any material that comes with the guarantee after I started the selling the new service.
3. Nothing about the software is poor quality, works as it should without a problem, just like most of the BAS bots you can find on the forum, sending stream and interactions are counting, etc., customers are receiving and have received payouts with them before.
4. Also just an extra thing, you were asking for 150 USD back yesterday, when you only sent me 115 USD back in the day. When you first texted me to purchase, it was already suspicious for me, You were trying to purchase with Paypal goods and services, I knew you would try something later either way, that's why I didn't accept it but I guess here we are now.
I am not sure what else to write or what exact counts are held against me, since I find this absurd and I am after my nightly spliff. I don't understand why it's uniquely my fault, the process botting in made up of several materials and resources, I just provide one link in the chain, most of the time all of these can have an impact. All in all, after 3 months of use, 1 account got banned (that I couldn't even make sure it was yours or my bot was used with it, for an account that was never introduced to me, I couldn't monitor it or do anything, I had nothing to do with it), and You would like to return and get money back (after 3 months) ffor a perfectly working product, when it was clearly stated on my discord server's ToS that use it at your own risk and no returns, when you purchased. (I know it's not relevant according to the forums ToS, I thought I just mention it).
But in my opinion the most important, I never promised anything for you, I don't understand where you get that from, I went back to read our whole converstation but nothing.

First of all writing fancy comment doesn't make you right.
2. You told me what to use, you said to use Proxies, to start low take Repost as my distribute and how to use and how much, the fact you didn't promised at the time doesn't change the fact that YOU gave me the amounts to use on the ticket.
3. It so is poor quality, so many times that I saw the bot acting like a retarded and I felt suspicious about it but you said "it's alright just let it act" and even you sent me a lower version because it was "less fucked up"
4. I remembered and saw on the thread that it was 150$, I checked our conversation and wrote the honest price. 115$.
I never tried to "refund" a working product, and if you say that because now I'm trying to refund, because your product made me lost hundreds of dollars of resources including the bot price, than hell yes i'll refund a suck product that was overpriced from begin with. for that kind of price you want a fully functional and finished product, not some cheap coded bullsh**
Bottom line, the fact that you didn't promised refund at that time doesn't let you play dumb because someone got banned in your cause (yes, your cause, I played by the book, keep stats low, use high quality products, make yourself look legit, go from strong RDP etc..) because my refund should've justice even without your guarantee.
Once again, you insisting not to pay refund makes you sound more and more suspicous and less honest.. I didn't asked for anything above my payment for a product i'm unsatisfied with.
Just end it politely, I wished I never had to open a case or add rep from begin with, and you'd finish it at discord like it should have happened.

- So to react to your claims, first of all, I never told you what exactly to use or how to use it, I just wrote that proxies are needed for the bot, no specification like " with these proxies you guaranteed to not get banned" or anything like that, not even a provider recommendation were given. Starting low is common knowledge, I think it's pretty obvious for any "experienced botter" like you. Of course if I am asked, I can explain the settings of the bot and what features do or how I would use it, but as I said before, there was never a promise or a guarantee between us, you never asked for anything like this, and also bans not only can be caused by the bot or it's quality.
- To the next claim, It literally can not be poor quality and cheap coded since its a BAS tool, also I never said "it's alright just let it act" and I never sent you a "less-fucked" version of the bot, platforms gets updated so the softwares need updates too.
- As you said, " the fact that you didn't promised refund at that time doesn't let you play dumb", yes, yes I didn't, I don't understand why you brought that up in the first place. I didn't promise it for a reason. Still I am not sure why it's only my fault, you talking about playing by the book when you don't even have a book, are you going to open scam-report against other "high quality products" providers too that you used?
All in all, I feel like I am still in the right, No promise was between use nor any material indicated any guarantee at that time, You used the bot the way You wanted, It was indicated that it is not my responsibility how You use it. You just can't take responsibility after you poor decisions and actions. The product is working perfect to this day.
And again, I never assisted you with the accounts, never monitored it or took any steps that could have ensured or promised you to not get banned, you never talked about them before.

Okay once you start lying I take you less seriously with less dignity,
after a while I used it, the program got fucked up hard and the mouse was stuck at the corner at each broswer since it was to fucked up to click the play button, so you sent me a beta test of the program, an old version and told make take, use it..
Never assisted? never helped? Check your old server tickets. YES, YOU DID. you told me at what frequency to use, how many threads and how to operate the program.
Please don't bullshit on scam reports, it's enough you do so with your services.
And once again, what message you send as a seller when you refuse so badly to take the blame on a bad product or a mistake you've done, and REFUSE so hardly to refund a person who banned because of YOUR product, I've spent much money and time on the account, I has no reason to want a refund if it all worked good, the payout should've been higher than your stupid bot.
"Not poor quality" Is that how you call a bot who can't auto detect buttons? and 40% of the clients get stucks at early point?

Stucked bot with very HIGH cpu usage + ram usage, way above what needed.
the bot commonly stuck and isn't even aware of it so the browser window won't close by itself.
high disk usage - I've managed to go to a point where the bot takes a bunch of GB's of usless spcae
poor quality views - the views looks very fake, if SC wasn't stupid af they'd detect so many more users of yours
