Sorry for writing like this but I am busy with irl work right now.
So, as I said before, platforms are getting constant updateds, so the softwares have to be updated accordingly, Of course I send a new version if there is problem with the old one, I always fix errors in a reasonable timeframe.
About the assistance, as I said before too, If you ask me I give u my opinion and OFC I describe things about the bot if need, who else would tell you what function does what, how can it be taken as a guarantee?, It's also indicated that use it at your own risk. I NEVER gave You an exact guide to follow with the promise of not getting banned or anything like this. Asking me doesn't mean you can't do you own research too, You mentioned you are an experienced botter but you had no idea about anything.
Going on to the next part I feel like just what, where do you get these statistics from, 40% ??, How do you know how many people use my products and who are they exactly, You did a secondary research?
Views looks fake, poor quality views what?? How can it look fake, how does good quality views look like?
"Won't close it's windows", you had to close it manually or what, thats absurd and not even possible, I don't even understand.
All of these are just un-true statements.
If the bot commonly stuck and you had constant problems why you haven't text me literally in 2 MONTHS? 0 communication
If what you were saying was true, why you kept it for yourself all along, I would have happily fixed it for you, as I do for anyone.
