Additional Information: I was exchanging 26$ ETH to BTC and never got my funds and they have been deposited to the wallet and the site doesn't show it being deposited.

Sorry to but in mods, but @ dadravolta the progression bar in the middle doesn't load for me either, but after you've sent the coins the order status changes to "User response" which indicates that they have actually received the coins. But "awaiting deposit" will still show as Pending. Sometimes their servers have problems, but they will honor the exchange you just have to wait longer than usual
