Additional Information: I bought a BlueBird cashout account with $1k balance for $250 from DataTouch, when purchasing there was cleary written "Cashout using Paxful", so I bought it and when trying to cashout using paxful it said that there was something wrong (not possible to cashout using paxful / send USER to USER) so I contacted DataTouch about this problem and the support i got was basically none.
All he told me was to find someone from the US to cash it out for me, which is of course a bit impossible, considering the risk factor + I don't know anyone from the US.
I have asked for refund, but got ignored and again got told to find someone to cash it out for me, but again.. very risky and a bit impossible, as the person could just keep the money.
So considering there was no other option, I tried to look for someone to cash it out for me, didnt find anyone, while looking for someone the account stopped working and I coudln't even login.
When contacting him about another "faulty" account (Venmo) all he told me was "good thing the accounts are cheap" which seemed a bit disrespectful to me.
I mean absolutely 0 disrespect to DataTouch, but I just want my money back, as this was wasted money for something I coudln't even used, while i was promised that i will be able to cash it out using Paxful, which i wasn't.
