Additional Information: DustyLocane was selling an ebook for $100 claiming that u could make that money back within 10 minutes, while i was skeptical about it i decided to add him on discord and ask him a couple of questions about the eBook which can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/ApQ4PE2 (The important parts are boxed in red). So after the Q&A i decided to purchase the eBook. After he received the payment i thought i was going to be receiving a simple PDF or Text file containing the full method explained, instead what i got was him typing in the method sentence by sentence over discord (Which totalled up to about 10 sentences) and he also just sent a screenshot of someone (else) explaining the method over discord. So when i tried out the method with a PayPal account which had the requirements that he told me before it failed, I told him about this and he told me to do it a different way, i again tried it and yet again it failed. So we went back and forth a couple time retrying it but it just didn't seem to work. I asked him to show me a video of him doing it on his side, he kept delaying my request and has never provided me with a video. All he kept saying was that he would get me a France PayPal account to try it on but he has never provided me with this and now i am just left with a method which is not working at all and he keeps ignoring me.
